Nouncars
AnagramsCategory: English pluralsFrom Wiktionary under the GNU Free Documentation License. An automobile, motor car or car is a wheeled motor vehicle used for transporting passengers, which also carries its own engine or motor. Most definitions of the term specify that automobiles are designed to run primarily on roads, to have seating for one to eight people, to typically have four wheels, and to be constructed principally for the transport of people rather than goods. However, the term automobile is far from precise, because there are many types of vehicles that do similar tasks. There are approximately 600 million passenger cars worldwide (roughly one car per eleven people). Around the world, there were about 806 million cars and light trucks on the road in 2007; they burn over 1 billion m³ (260 billion US gallons) of gasoline and diesel fuel yearly. The numbers are increasing rapidly, especially in China and India. From Wikipedia under the

I own a car and the other woman owns a car. We want to trade cars but we are both making payments to the bank at the moment on our current cars. Is there any way to trade our cars that we have? Asked by Mitch W. - Tue Dec 15 00:19:17 2009 - - 4 Answers - 0 Comments A. No, you cannot do this legally. And if you make the poor decision to do so, the lender(s) can come take the vehicle(s). This is a violation of the contract. Several things to consider: -- Insurance MUST remain in the name of the person on the loan. -- You would not be able to register the "new" car in your name. -- If she goes and has a wreck in your car, YOU are liable. If she goes and gets 300 parking tickets, you are paying for them. Don't do it. *** Edit - Folks, you CANNOT just "transfer" names on a loan. It doesn't work that way. The reason why some of you have never heard of that is because it doesn't exist as a practice in the banking industry. Answered by ElGrande - Tue Dec 15 01:16:02 2009 Whats the difference between new and used cars? Q. I mean, if you buy a used car you need to pay for things like regular maintenance, car repairs, insurance, gas, vehicle plate and sticker fee, and fuel. But if you buy a new car, you don't need to pay for car repairs right? How much are car repairs for a used car? Asked by Ninjaaa(: - Tue Nov 17 19:20:21 2009 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments A. New cars - can allways finance it (pay for it monthly, some used cars you cant do that) -Dont have to worry bout it breaking down -has a warranty -looks way better -insurance will be better (because it wont be breaking down as much as a used one) Used cars- Not allways have the choice of financing -could break down without knowing -usually has no warranty, if so, little -parts will start to fall off easier -depending on car, insurance can be expensive -Used car salesmen are taught and trained to lie so that you buy the car thinking nothing is wrong with it until the next day stuff starts breaking. (Use craigslist to buy a used car not a dealership for this reason) In conclusion: If your looking for good insurance - NEW If your looking… [cont.] Answered by Adam - Tue Nov 17 19:39:27 2009 Collecting hotwheel cars and noticed a lightning bolt on bottom are different?
Q. My husband was just wondering what the different lightning bolts mean on the bottom of the cars. Some are gold, silver and others don't have any at all. Are there some cars better to collect than others? Thanks for your help! Asked by Autumn - Sat Feb 23 15:53:21 2008 - - 2 Answers - 1 Comments A. Without seeing the specific car I cant give specifics. I think what you have is cars made by Johnny Lightning. In the late 60's early 70's Topper made these. The quaility compared to Hot Wheels and Matchbox was pretty poor. I have no idea how collectable these are. I think they are junk. Some of them may have a slot for a race track that was also offered. A tab went into the slot so the car could be launched at the top of a ramp, a friend of mine had one. Ten or fifteen years ago the name resurfaced as part of Playing Mantis. They have offered movie cars, and various other themes. The quaility of these is second to none and the detail for cars in this price range is excellent. The price is usually higher than Hotwheels and… [cont.] Answered by Lastdue - Sat Feb 23 23:46:10 2008 From Yahoo Answer Search: "cars" Cars is a 2006 animated feature film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures.
