Q. Do you need to have a custom car deck before you can get the custom amp and subs??? would the subs work if i just had my normal stock deck?

A. all your radio needs for an amp to connect to it are -RCA outputs -remote turn on wire you can add RCA outputs to any radio by using a line output converter which hooks up to your cars rear speaker wires, here are some if your radio does not have a remote wire you can just tap into the switched power wire going to the back of the radio aftermarket radios are preferred because they already have those and some have multiple RCA outputs for two or three amps, plus they give you more control of your amps and sound quality

Design your car around an existing frame and running gear. You can remove the old body and know that the car's geometry is right. (Balanced, straight, etc.) Read some books (or search for websites) on building a custom car body. Fiberglass over foam and plywood is the easiest to work with and done right makes a very strong body. You can do it as a one off car or make a mold for production of multiple bodies. A. Ask at your local motor vehicle registration office. I expect that you'll have to be sure that all of the headlights, tail lights, brake lights, and turn signals are working. They may also require you to provide serial numbers for the engine, transmission, and car body. I'm just guessing. So, what did you build?

Custom car Fabrication Schools?
Q. I want to learn custom car fabrication, from engines, to suspension to electronics. I like wyotechs program which covers welding, sheet metal etc, however they don't cover things like fiberglassing... fiberglassing is definately a trade skill i would want to leave with. I will call wyotech's instructor and see what he says, but I would like to see alternatives anyway. Thanks all! -Kenson.
