chevy 4.3 s10 headbolt specs?
Q. need torque specs for head bolts

A. Not sure, a manual would give the Torque and Tightening Order. Also, be aware, some engines require NEW Head bolts, they are designed to Stretch on the first initial Torque and then you do a finial torque. When they removed they need replaced with new ones, old ones not work correct.

transmission pan torque specs?
Q. turbo 350,hook-up to a 4.3 v-6 gmc vandura 1992...still leaking fluid...how about a napa gasket or some kind of gasket material

A. I own a transmission shop, and think this; Sometimes it may not even be the pan leaking. The fill tube may be leaking, and its running down & back around the pan. The best way to find the leak is; with the vehicle on a lift, wipe everything clean, start the engine, and let it run in gear until it leaks. Wipe the leak down until you can see just where it orginates from. Many times the pan is not the culprit, but it may be. A rubber pan gasket will work, but the paper gasket will do the job if you beat down the holes of the pan (where the bolts go) with a hammer on a flat surface, and use a wire wheel to clean the pan with. Any burr edges on the bolt holes will cut the gasket in too, even at low torque applications. Never use gasket… [cont.]
